Victor Konovalov: The NAPA Institute

On June 22, 2007 Victor dropped by the Neurological and Physical Rehabilitation Institute (NAPA) located in West L.A. NAPA is devoted to helping kids and adults dealing with Cerebral Palsy. NAPA acquired these special rehab techniques through Russian rehab programs designed to help their astronauts rehabilitate after long stays in the space station. Victor was impressed by the devotion of the patients to work hard, and the professionalism of the staff at NAPA. Victor said he was honored to be a guest there and to be a part of the graduation ceremonies for several of the patients. Victor stated that the kids put a big smile upon his face, and everybody there from patients, to parents, and staff made it an incredible experience.
